[text* your-name placeholder “Your Name (required)”]

Hi,

As per your query, first, you need to edit the contact form you made and then just put the given code there and update the form.

Copy the shortcode and paste it in customizer contact section “Contact Shortcode”.

As per your query, its look like you are getting the issue to set up the contact form.

If you want we can set up your contact form, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the Site URL at support@vwthemes.com.
