This theme sucks. It’s the least user friendly I’ve ever encountered. I can’t even customize my homepage template to have 4 columns for certain elements. The documentation is no help. I want a refund.

also all of my social icons have disappeared for no reason. how do I get them back? or my money back?

Hi Taylore,

As per your request, there is no such option in the template to add a column, you can edit things by customizer for the homepage.

font awesome icons are not appearing because you are using some plugin which has outdated font awesome CSS and in our theme, there is an updated version of font awesome that way they are getting conflict.

Please use this plugin to show your social icons without deactivating any plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-font-awesome/

The demo content importer is not working…

This is what i get and most probably the woocommerce version is not compatible … nothing is working

your theme (VW Medical Care Pro) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Any solutions ??

Hi Sonia,

The issue is given by you of outdated Woocommerce templates is not a big issue, It doesn’t change the looks of your theme. When woocommerce generates new updates after a few days we also update it on our theme.

When we updated the woocommerce on our theme, So we will update you for using our new version theme.

I downloaded all three files and installed them. All I see is free version not upgrade. Also I do not have an option to import demo.
I keep getting error message for debugging. What is going on??

Hello,

I installed this theme today but i have some complications. In the slider i am unable to change the text. Furthermore, on every page it displays the code [vw-title-banner]. Could you please help me fix these mistakes?

To add to the previous post: i can’t change the text on any of the sections under theme settings. I would really appreciate some help as i am unable to continue building my website this way.
