VM Multivendor theme pro menu issues

I bought VM multi-vendor theme pro and installed it in WordPress, and it seems ok, but when I checked it after installing and found the issues menu on mobile. I can’t see the menu on a mobile device, but it ok on a desktop, so I am not sure what’s wrong. I tried to solve it many different ways but could not fix it. If anybody can help me improve it, I would appreciate your support and help.
