    When I scroll down, the fixed menu bar work fine. But, when I scroll back to the top of the page, the menu bar glitches and moves to the very top of the screen. What can I do to address this problem? Thank you.

    The pictures in the links I attached above demonstrate how when scrolling back up to the top of the page, the menu bar glitches. This only seems to happen in Safari.

    I tried using the same dimensions that are used in the demo logo, then I tried using no logo at all. I am having the same problem in both scenarios.

    Is there a way that I could make the top menu bar fixed so that it won’t scroll? Perhaps that could address the problem.
