The uploaded file exceeds the instruction

Good afternoon,

I just bought the VW AUTOMOBILE PRO THEME, and when I´m uploading it to the WordPress, I put it in .zip paste and then just add the file and click on install.Instead of working, it says “The uploaded file exceeds the instruction upload_max_filesize in php.ini.” and doesn’t work. So the problem is the file that I’ve downloaded and bought. How can you help me? Please I need to work on it.
