Kindly follow the steps given below to remove the credit link
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.

Follow the steps to add contact form in contact page
1)Install and Activate Contact Form 7 plugin then
Go To Dashboard >> Contact >> Add New.

After creating contact form a shortcode will be generated, copy it and paste in contact page. Follow the steps to add shortcode
