installation problem

    I ordered book store pro on order #15447. I installed the sirat theme with no problem. I installed the banner plug in with no problem. When I try to install the Book Store pro theme I get this message:
    Installing Theme from uploaded file: vw-book-store-pro_1.0.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme installation failed.

    I have tried many times with different combinations and always the same failure. Can you point me in the right direction?

    Hi,

    You just have to add the plugin and activate it to get the benefits of the theme you have purchased.

    Just add the theme and activate the Sirat free theme and then add the zip to the plugin folder.

    Activate the plugin and follow the steps given in the documentation to display the content.

    Kindly please follow the steps given in the documentation.

    I uploaded the book-store-pro-plugin with filezilla and in the appearence/themes on wordpress admin panel below the other installed themes I get this notice:

    Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete.

    Name Description
    vw-book-store-pro Stylesheet is missing.

    So is something missing from my download link? The file is in the same folder as the other installed themes.

    we can set up your theme, make us user, give admin role and then send us the credentials along with the URL at support support@vwthemes.com

    Kindly take the backup of the theme if some data is available.

    i get the following error

    i downloaded the vw bookrtore pro, theme and the title banner plugin. i also downloaded and activated Sirat free theme.
    plugin got activated without problems. but when i try installing bookstore pro it says missing the style.css file
    please help
    your documentation file is not clear, it speaks about installing sirat pro, what i need is book store pro

    Hello,

    I have downloaded the pro theme from here https://www.vwthemes.com/?download_file=6476&order=wc_order_OwRy3e613FaQn&email=books.alappuzha%40gmail.com&key=fb55c1e2-225b-4b4f-bfff-fe13e6a93abf
    and installed. I am getting style.css missing error.
    Why stylesheet is missing from a pro theme. I have unzipped and check it.

    Could you please update the stylesheet in the pro theme. It is very urgent. Please help asap.

    Hi

    Just bought the Pro version.
    When install vw-book-store-pro_1.1.1
    I get the following error message (in Swedish): Paketet kunde inte installeras. Inget giltigt tillägg hittades.
    Translates to: The package could not be installed. No valide theme was found.
