I tried the way adding some codes to the additional css section, but it didn’t work, is there any other way to do that? thanks!

Follow the steps given below to remove the credit link:

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS

Paste the code given below and publish the changes.

span.credit_link {
display: none;
}

Refresh the website.

If you want we can review your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at support@vwthemes.com.
